Back in November I reviewed a couple of products from the Steenbergs Christmas hamper. The products were good and I loved the fact that they have an ethical approach, sourcing organic and Fairtrade ingredients where possible. Well, I have to admit to preferring most of my ‘baked’ goods raw – though some still has to make it into the oven…Rich scones is my ‘go to’ recipe for when visitors come by at short notice, and savoury ones are good for including veg in childrens diets – beetroot, tomato or spinach scones are great colours.
