Hemp milk would probably be good on cereal, and oils would be great in salads. The seeds can be nibbled straight out of the pack or sprinkled over cereal.

I’d use Good Oil for lots of things – fish, roasted veg, salads, pasta and general cooking. The seeds for baking bread & cereal and the milk I’d probably just pour into a glass and drink it straight.
