I was lucky enough to be invited to the opening party for the launch of Blueberry Hill’s new commercial kitchen. Rachel Reynolds and Ella Fletcher are the owners who make and sell delicious cakes and biscuits, but also specialise in Afternoon Teas that can be delivered direct to your door. They have Harrods and Whole Foods Market amongst others on their client list and I can see why.
On the night I got to sample: a tripled layered pink vanilla sponge cake, gingerbread, meringues, deep rich chocolate brownies, iced biscuits, and lovely mini cupcakes that we were able to decorate ourselves – too good for words.
And now it’s your turn to try some of their delights! Blueberry Hill have very kindly offered a biscuit hamper to one lucky winner. The selection includes:
Mini gingerbread in a jar
Vanilla heart shortbread
Lemon stars
Mr Ginger
& 1 bottle of Prosecco.
