Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen is located in a prime spot within Pop Brixton. Its container overlooks the main gathering area on one side and the market hustle of Station Road on the other.

Their container has as a little open kitchen at the back with a small selection of tables inside and out. The menu is simple and has the classic West African jollof rice on offer. Dishes took a little while to be served, but when it came, it was a feast for the eyes. Highlights were the lamb chops with peanut sauce and mackerel – both full of flavour. What looked great, but had too much coating was the fried chicken, whilst the coating was tasty there was too much of it in comparison to the meat.
