Refund / Exchange

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason you can return the product in its unused condition, within 30 days of purchase to get a full refund of the purchase price or exchange. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

If the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will bear responsibility for the return shipping costs. When returning an item/s we recommend using a tracked or signed service and getting proof of postage.

If you would like to exchange your order the additional postage cost for the replacement background is also the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Goods

If your item has arrived damaged, photos of all damages or defects are required in order for me to issue a refund or replacement. If you cannot provide photos of the damages and/or defects, I cannot process a refund.
