Five Spice Chicken. Happy New Year guys! I’ve been having such a relaxing couple of weeks reading, spending time with friends and family, and watching movies. It was my oldest son's birthday the other day, so of course there was cake!⠀
They always make a well-considered choice, and this year the brief was "something lemony" (ok, obviously not that well-considered).⠀
So I thought I'd make him a vanilla and lemon poppyseed cake and sandwich it all together with lemon curd and white chocolate ganache....and it was delicious!
