For a little while now, I’ve wanted to do a BBQ ‘beer can chicken’ recipe and after seeing a picture on Twitter of @LoveAndCake‘s and then more recently on North/SouthFood‘s blog, I was even more inspired to give it a go. I was sent some naturally smoked BBQ sauce samples from  Opies’ new range.
