Hi, I’m Tash. My parents hail from Jamaica, but I was born in the UK, the West Country in fact – I’m Bristol born, Brixton bred. 

My life revolves around food: I cook it, teach it and write about it. My passion obsession is real. I like to create simple, tasty recipes in a fun and relaxed style. You’ll also find me dining out in some of London’s diverse and vibrant eateries. I live to eat, not eat to live!
